The connection is facilitated through a secure, third-party system that ensures your data remains protected. Moreover, you have full control over this connection. At any point, you can revoke access and delete the connection, ensuring that you are always in control of your data.
Daily Sync for Real-Time Updates
One of the standout features of Broker Connections is the daily synchronization of your account. At the end of each trading day, your brokerage account is automatically synced with FAST Graphs. This means that any new trades you've executed and all the data associated with your positions will be reflected accurately in your FAST Graphs account. This continuous update ensures that you are always working with the most current data, allowing for more precise analysis and decision-making.
Please note that utilizing broker connected portfolios will count towards your limit of 5 allowed advanced portfolios.
How to Connect Your Brokerage Account
Navigate to Broker Connections: Within your FAST Graphs account, go to the My Portfolios section where you can find the option to connect a brokerage account. You can also access the Broker Manager from the navigation menu.
Select Your Brokerage: Choose your brokerage from the list of supported institutions. We support a wide range of brokers to ensure that most users can take advantage of this feature.
Authorize the Connection: Follow the prompts to securely authorize the connection. This process typically involves logging into your brokerage account through a secure, encrypted interface.
Confirmation: Once connected, you will receive a confirmation, and your account will start syncing at the end of the next trading day.

At any time, you can manage your connected portfolios through the FAST Graphs platform. This includes:

Removing Connections: If you decide to disconnect a brokerage account, you can do so easily through the management interface. This will stop any future data syncing and remove the connection from your account.
