FUN stands for Financial Underlying Numbers, providing a comprehensive analysis of each company’s financial health. FUN Graphs allow you to delve into important financial statement items, view them as per-share functions or in millions, and analyze crucial financial ratios such as liquidity and profitability ratios.

Per Share Graph

The Per Share Graph, known as the Brown Graph, is the default graph displayed when accessing FUN Graphs. It presents data from the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement of the stock in per-share numbers. Users can plot any item from the dropdown menu to the left of the graph by clicking the corresponding checkbox.

In Millions Graph

The In Millions Graph, referred to as the Red Graph, shows the same financial data as the Per Share Graph but in millions instead of per-share amounts.

Ratios Graph

The Ratios Graph, or the Green Graph, displays various financial ratios, including liquidity ratios like the Quick and Current Ratios, and valuation ratios.

Graph Features

All three graphs are designed for simplicity and clarity, enabling quick assessment of a company's performance and financial health. They can display up to 20 years of historical data or the last 8 quarters and use the same dropdown menu system to the left of the graph area. Below the graph, you’ll find data points that provide additional information:

  • Date: The specific date of the data point.

  • Corresponding Data Points: Values for the selected metric.

  • Compound Growth Per Year: The annual growth rate.

  • Average Growth Over the Selected Timeframe: The average growth rate.

  • Compound Average Growth Rate (CAGR) Over the Selected Timeframe: The compounded growth rate.

Selecting Yearly or Quarterly Graphs

Switching between Yearly and Quarterly graphs is straightforward. Click on the respective tab, and the graphs will redraw instantly with the corresponding data.

Absolute/Growth Toggle

  • Absolute: Displays the actual values per year and the compound annual growth rate for the selected timeframe.

  • Growth: Shows the annual growth rates and the average growth rate for the selected timeframe.
